{ 7 months }

Being as Jack is almost 8 months I thought I better hurry and put up some pictures of him at 7 months. He is getting busier all the time and so am I.

{ 7 months }

He's sitting up really good.
Not a huge fan of baby food.
Still loves being in water.
Back to sleeping good after a little relapse.
Loves his bed. Not a snuggler.
Has the cutest little giggle.
Went through a spurt of hating his car seat, but luckily that didn't last.
Rolls all over.

(I should have written this a while ago, trying to remember what he was like almost a month ago is a little hard.)

{ halloween FUN }

Hey Jack remember that time:

It cooled off finally and I stuffed you in your lion suit.

 & Meme and Grandpa Kev came and helped me torture you with pictures!

Remember how we found an overpriced pumpkin patch and bought a pumpkin.

Oh and of course we had to take a bunch of pictures there too. 

 And then when you were fast asleep we had friends over and carved a pumpkin.

 Come to find out it was all building up for this moment!

 Maybe it's not so bad...if you just eat it. 

I wish I could get inside their heads. Jack must be thinking, "I'm not so bad. This could have been you!" & Pippa is maybe thinking, "Wow! You must have been really bad."

 Then we had the trunk or treat!

{ jack } is five months old.

I might not get as much done in the day as I could, but it is only because I am busy loving on my little baby.
And that is perfectly okay with me.

-Things I want to remember about Jack at 5 months old -

*Still a great sleeper. He usually goes down without much of a fight.

* He loves his bed though. He is not one for falling asleep in my arms.

* He loves to be sung too. He coos along and is full of smiles. 

* Swaddling still soothes him even if he busts out. 

* He is rolling! (He's getting much better at tummy time.)

* He's started to giggle. 

* He's started to watch Pippa more and reaches for her! He's grabbed her collar a couple of times. 

*Jared keeps saying he wants him to stay a baby forever.

* He has started to squak. He seriously sounds like a bird. 

* Eating is still a full spectrum of emotions for him. 

* He is a major drool face! He's always munching on his hands.

* He's getting much more coordinated with grabbing things. 

* He likes the water!

* He's really just a good natured baby. (Unless he's hungry!)

 I love having a camera on my phone... it makes capturing little moments really simple. 

I am so in love with this little boy. 

(Most of these were taken between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 months old.)

That's why I booked a ticket for a whole month! It was nothing short of fabulous...
If I didn't miss my husband (& let's be honest my dog) it would have been absolutely perfect!

I've been blessed with the absolute best women in my life. 

I was SO excited to see this handsome man. He's such a good daddy.

I love my little family.

I love all my nieces and nephews so stinkin much!

We went to visit my sweet grandparents grave on my Grandpa's birthday. Love that good man.

I love summer days out in the backyard! The best entertainment ever!

 

It is so rare that all 5 siblings are together! 

The fun had to end some time. Can't wait until the next trip!

 I didn't get pictures of everyone that I saw, or all the fun we had, but it was great to be home!
